My info is from an ACKLOM family tree drawn up about 1920 and goes back to WRYAN or WREN ACKLOM (died 1161). However, there are a few discrepencies with a generation or two, back in the 1300s.
I have no information of the children of Katherine Acklom who married your Robert Ingram (apart from what you have told me). However, her parents, Richard Acklom who married (1726) Elizabeth Cooke, are my direct ancestors.
One interesting fact, on the Acklom line is when William Acklom married (about 1533) Elizabeth Ryther, she being a descendant of King Edward lll of England.
