7/1/1814 Stephen & Lydia Arnold of Norwich, Chenango Co sold to Charles Ackles of Tully for $50 land on Lot 18 in the town on Tully ,it being the north half of survey 50 on bounded on the south and east by lands owned by Otis Seammel, on the north by lands formerly owned by Moses Ackles, and on the west by lands of Eliazes Heath and John Ackles.

12/16/1814 Charles Ackles of Pompey sold to Jacob Furlow of Pompey for $53 land on Lots 58 and 59 in Pompey containing fifty-seven acres,

12/16/1814 Jacob & Mehitabel Furlow sold to Charles Ackles of Tully for $443 land on Lot 18 in Tully, beginning at a stake and stones in the east line of Lot 18 being nineteen chains and eleven links from the northeast corner of the same and running south nineteen chains and eleven links to a stake and stones thence west thirty-nine chains and twenty-five links to a stake and stones thence north twenty-five links to a stake and stones thence north thirty degrees west sixty chains to the highway thence north twenty-two degrees east on said highway eight chains and twenty-five links thence north five chains and sixty-one links to a heap of stones for Pheahas Hendersons southwest corner and thence east thrity-nine chains and twenty-five links to the place of beginning containing seventy six and one-half acres. John Ackles was a witness.

10/25/1832 People of State of New York sold to Charles Ackles land on Lot 73, Subdivision #3 bounded in the Field Book and map of subdivision of said lot beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 73 running thence along the west bounds thereof north twenty-eight chains sixty-eight links to a stake standing twelve links northwest of a hemlock marked C being the southwest corner of Subdivision #2 in the subdivision of said Lot #73, thence along the south bounds of said Subdivision #2 east fifty-five chains to a stake standing fifty-three links east of a hemlock marked B, thence south twenty-eight chains and sixty links to a stake in the south bounds of said Lot #73 standing six links north of a beech marked A, thence along said south bounds west fifty-five chains to the place of beginning containing one hundred fifty-seven acres and 3/10 of an acre excepting and reserving fifty-seven acres and 44/100 of an acre of the said Subdivision #3 this day granted to William Ackles as the same are described in the letters patent granting the said parcel & recorded in book of patents No 30, pg 625 reference being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear...

11/6/1832 Charles Ackles and Phebe his wife of Tully & William Ackles of LaFayette sold to George Salisbury of Tully for $872.41 land on Lot 73 in LaFayette beginning at the southwest corner at hemlock tree marked "seven three" thence running south eighty degrees and thrity minutes east on the south bounds of the lot as aforesaid fifty-five chains and fifty links to the southeast corner of said lot thence north thirty minutes west nine chains and twenty-five links thence north eighty-nine degrees and thirty minutes west fifty-five chains and fifty links to the west bounds of said lot thence south thirty minutes east nine chains twenty-five links to the place of beginning containing containing fifty-one and one quarter acres and eleven rods of land.

12/3/1832 Charles & Phebe Ackles of Tully sold Tartulus Ackles of LaFayette for $300 land on Lot 73 in LaFayette in the subdivision No 2 in said lot beginning at the southwest corner of land owned by Samuel Emmons thence east along the south bounds of said Emmons land to his southeast corner thence south to the northeast corner of Willaim Ackles land thence west along the north bounds of said Ackles land to his northwest corner thence north to the place of beginning containing 50 acres. Almira Ackles witness.containing 50 acres. Almira Ackles witness.

3/13/1833 Charles & Phebe Ackles of Tully sold to Moses Ackles of Tully for $300 land on Lot 18 in Tully bounded beginning at the southwest corner of land formerly owned by Phinehas Henderson, thence east thirty-nine chains and twenty-five links, thence south thirty-one rods, thence west thirty-nine chains and twenty-five links, thence north thirty-one rods to the place of beginning containing thirty and 67/116 acres.
