4/25/1850 Joseph Ackles and Asenath his wife sold and other heirs of Jacob Winchell sold to Daniel Gott land on Lot 89 in LaFayette that was the land Jacob Winchell occupied and possessed in his life, consisting of about one hundred acres.
4/17/1854 William Ackles and Mary his wife of Otisco sold to Aseneth Ackles of Spafford for $1000 land on Lot 2 and 12 in Spafford bounded on the north by land owned by William Churchel, on the east by Oren F. Frisbie land, on the south by Barber Williamson and Leonard Melin's land, on the west by land owned by the widow of Abiathen Melvin containing fifty seven and ¾ acres of land. 4/9/1841 John McMillin and Ann his wife of LaFayette mortgaged to to Elias Ryder of same place for $300 land on Lot 88 in LaFayette bounded west on the highway south on Joseph Ackles 2nd land east by said Joseph Ackles 2nd land and north by William Ackles land containing one acre and thirteen rods of ground. 4/9/1844 John McMillin of LaFayette mortgaged to Elias Rider of LaFayette land bounded west on the highway south on Joseph Ackles 2d land east by said Joseph Ackles 2d land and north by William Acles land containing one acre and thirteen rods of ground. Part of Lot number eighty eight of town on Pompey now LaFayette. Mortgaged claimed to be due $321.86 land to be sold.at public auction at the Mansion House in Syracuse on 10/13 next at 9 am. Grove Lawrence of the village of Syracuse purchased the land for the price of $169 he being the highest bidder and that being the highest sum bidden for the same.
