1/7/1833 Curtis Hodges of Tully sold to Moses Ackles of Tully & Joseph Ackles of LaFayette for $300 land on Lot 18 in Tully, beginning eighteen chains and eighteen links north of the south east corner of said lot running west twenty-two chains and thirty-six links thence north eleven chains and eighteen links thence east six chains and twenty-three links thence north fifteen chains and fifty links thence east sixteen chains and thirteen links thence south twenty-six chains and sixty-eight links to the place of beginning containing fifty acres of land.
3/20/1839 John Haynes & Charity his wife of LaFayette sold to to Joseph Ackles of LaFayette for $265 land on Lot 88 in LaFayette beginning at the northeast corner of Roswell Loomis' land upon Lot 88 running north on the east line of said Lot, thirteen chains and fifteen links to the brook, thence south westerly along the center of said brook to the north line of said Roswell Loomis' land, thence east eighteen chains and ten links to the place of beginning containing sixteen and a half acres and eleven rods of land.
9/23/1839 Richard Ackles & Elizabeth of LaFayette sold to Joseph Ackles of LaFayette for $800 land on Lot 73 in LaFayette beginning at the northeast corner of nine acres of land deeded by Richard Ackles to Jacob Rider running south six chains twelve links, thence east forty-seven chains fifty links, thence north six chains twelve links, thence west forty-seven chains fifty links to the place of beginning containing twenty-eight acres and twenty-four rods of ground.
10/1/1842 Joseph Ackles and Betsey his wife of LaFayette sold to Luscius King and Sarah Viall of Tully for $141.66 land on Lot 18 in Tully being the share of Betsey Ackles in the estate of Charles Ackles deceased bounded beginning twenty-eight chains and twenty-one links south of the northeast corner of said lot running south one chain sixty links thence west thrity-four chains seventy-three links thence north one chain and sixty links thence east thirty-four chains and seventy-three links to the place of beginning containing five acres and two thirds of an acre of land.
12/1/1843 Joseph Ackles of LaFayette mortgaged to Justus Newell of LaFayette for $275.70 land on Lot 73 in LaFayette bounded on the south by land owned by Richard Ackles on the east by lands owned by James Emmons and on the north and west by land owned by Calvin Cole said to contain 28 acres of land more or less, it being the farm I (Joseph Ackles) now live on and occupy. Joseph is to pay to Justus Newell $275.70 by 11/1/1844 with interest paid annually. The mortgage was cancelled 11/17/1845, recorded in Book 52 Page 61.
6/26/1848 Joseph Ackles & Betsey of LaFayette sold to Charles Ackles of LaFayette for $900 land on Lot 73 in LaFayette beginning at the northeast corner of nine acres of land deeded by Richard Ackles to Jacob Ryder running south six chains and twelve links then east fifty-seven chains fifty links to the east line of the lot then north six chains twelve links then west fifty-seven chains fifty links to the place of beginning containing twenty-eight acres and twenty-four rods of ground.

6/1853 Betsey Ackles of LaFayette sold to Gideon Seely of Tully for one cow to her delivered land situated in the Town on Tully bounded on the west by the highway leading from Cardiff to Tully, on the north by Albert King, on the east by Samuel Willis, on the south by Almira Ackles, the above is convey the rights of Betsey Ackles in the widows third of Charles Ackles deceased.
