MOSES ACKLES 1ST
1/7/1833 Curtis Hodges of Tully sold to Moses Ackles of Tully & Joseph Ackles of LaFayette for $300 land on Lot 18 in Tully, beginning eighteen chains and eighteen links north of the south east corner of said lot running west twenty-two chains and thirty-six links thence north eleven chains and eighteen links thence east six chains and twenty-three links thence north fifteen chains and fifty links thence east sixteen chains and thirteen links thence south twenty-six chains and sixty-eight links to the place of beginning containing fifty acres of land.

3/13/1833 Charles & Phebe Ackles of Tully sold to Moses Ackles of Tully for $300 land on Lot 18 in Tully bounded beginning at the southwest corner of land formerly owned by Phinehas Henderson, thence east 39 chains 25 links, thence south 31 rods, thence west 39 chains and 25 links, thence north 31 rods to the place of beginning containing 30 acres and 67/116 acre containing thirty and 67/116 acres.

6/1/1840 Moses Ackles of Tully mortgaged to Lucius King and Sarah Viall of Tully for $700 land on Lot 18 in Tully beginning at the southwest corner of land formerly owned by Phineas Henderson thence east thirty-nine chains and twenty-five links thence south thirty-one rods thence west thirty-nine chains and twenty-five links thence north thirty-one rods to the place of beginning containing thirty acres and sixty-seven one hundred and sixtyeths of an acre of land. Also one other piece containing five acres and two thirds of an acre being his share of land in the estate of Charles Ackles adjoining the above described land on the south. 10/20/1842 Harriet Ackles of Tully sold to Moses Ackles of Tully for $50 land on Lot 18 of Tully containing five and 2/3 acres. Also one other piece of land on said Lot 18, it being her equal undivided share of the right of dower of Phebe Ackles wife of Charles Ackles deceased.

10/20/1842 William Thorington of Tully and Altana his wife sold to Moses Ackles of Tully for $50 land on Lot 18 in Tully bounded beginning twenty-nine chains and eighty-one links south of north east corner of said lot running south one chain and sixty links, thence west thirty-four chains and seventy-three links, thence north one chain and sixty links, thence east thirty four chains and seventy-three links to the place of beginning containing five and 2/3 acres of land. Also one other piece of land upon said lot it being their equal undivided share of the right of dower of Phebe Ackles wife of Charles deceased as surveyed and set off to her by Nicol Howell, David Peck and George Buckingham on 5/29/1839.

4/3/1850 Moses & Elizabeth F. Ackles of Tully sold to Albert King of Tully for $1600 land on Lot 18 in Tully beginning at the southwest corner of the Phineas Henderson place now occupied by Garrett Houck running east thirty-nine chains and twenty-five links then south thirty-one rods thence west thirty-nine chains and twenty-five links thence north thirty-one rods to the place of beginning containing thirty acres and sixty-seven rods of land. Also one other parcel on Lot 18 bounded beginning nineteen chains and eleven links south of the northeast corner of said Lot 18 then running south nineteen chains and eleven links then west forty-five chains and twenty-five links to the center of the road then north twenty-three degrees east fifteen chains thirty links then north three chains seventy-five links then east nine degrees north seven chains then east thirty-two chains fifty links to the place of beginning containing seventy-nine acres of land (and being the estate of Charles Ackles deceased) always saving and reserving from this last mentioned piece the interest and estate of Phebe Ackles widow of Charles Ackles deceased in that part of said premises which was assigned to her as her dower therein and also saving and reserving the shares of Betsey Ackles, Almira Ackles Phebe Ackles (now Phebe Slone) that belonged to them out of said premises as heirs of the said Charles Ackles deceased as such shares have been assigned to them and also their undivided shares in that portion of said premises assigned to the widow Phebe Ackles as her dower, these said reservations to be according to the division of said premises made by Nicol Howell and others May 20th 1839 in conformity to a decree of the Vice Chancellor Daniel Moseley. This conveyance is subject to any mortgages or judgements in the hands of Henry F. King and Lucius King or either of them that are a lien on said premises or any part of them and the said encumbrances are a consideration for this d----- also reserving the right of the said Moses in the dower of the widow as assigned to her as above mentioned. This reservation not to e?tered to the original rights of Harriet and Altana Ackles in said dower but to one separate share.

3/5/1853 Moses Ackles of Tully, Onondaga County, NY sold to Gideon Seely of the same place for $35 land on Lot 18 in Tully bounded on the west by the highway leading from Cardiff to Tully, on the north by Albert King, on the east by Samuel Willis, and on the south by Almira Ackles. The above in intended to convey the rights of Moses Ackles to the widows thirds.
