5/22/1827 John Shue of LaFayette sold to James Ackles of LaFayette for $60 land on Lot 88 in LaFayette beginnning at the northwest corner of said lot running south ten chains and sixty links then east six chains and sixty links, then north five degrees east ten chains seventy links then west seven chains sixty-five links to the place of beginning containing eight and one-half acres.
5/1/1833 James Ackles of LaFayette and Prudence his wife sold to George Salisbury of Tully for $60 land on Lot 88 in LaFayette bounded beginning at the northwest corner of said lot running south ten chains and sixty links thence east six chains and sixty-five links thence north five degrees east ten chains and seventy links thence west seven chains and sixty-five links to the place of beginning containing eight and one-half acres. Signed in the presence of Thomas Abbot and William Ackles.
