TARTULLUS & CHARLOTTE ACKLES:
12/3/1832 Charles & Phebe Ackles of Tully sold to Tartulus Ackles of LaFayette for $300 land on Lot 73 in LaFayette in Subdivision 2 in said lot beginning at the southwest corner of land owned by Samuel Emmons thence east along the south bounds of said Emmons land to his southeast corner thence south to the northeast corner of William Ackles land thence west along the north bounds of said Ackles land to his northwest corner thence north to the place of beginning containing fifty acres. Almira Ackles witnessed.

1/23/1839 The land of Moses Ackles 2 nd was sold in order to recover damages of $47.59 which Sylvenus Ackles had against him (a transcript of said judgement having been duly filed and entered with the clerks office of the County of Onondaga according to the statute in such cases made and provided wherever the said execution was). The land, which was sold to Charlotte Ackles for $37.84 by auction, was part of Lot 73 in Subdivision 2 in LaFayette beginning at the southwest corner of land owned by Samuel Emmons thence east along the south bounds of said Emmons land to his southeast corner, thence south to the northeast corner of William Ackles land, thence west along the north bounds of said Ackles land to his northwest corner Thence north to the place of beginning containing 50 acres.

4/11/1843 George Stevens and Mary his wife of Hanover, Jackson County, Michigan sold to Charlotte Ackles of LaFayette for $200 land on Lot 73 in LaFayette and released all their right, title, interest, and claim to the estate of Tartulus Ackles deceased late of the town of LaFayette, Onondaga County, New York consisting of their right and title to a lot of land on Lot 73 in the original township of Pompey, now LaFayette bounded on the north by lands owned by Samuel Emmons on the east by lands owned by James Emmons on the south by lands owned by Lorenzo D Salsbury and Rildar Morgan and on the west by lands owned by Jacob Walenback supposed to contain fifty acres of land.

9/1/1848 Elizabeth Ackles of LaFayette sold to Charlotte Ackles for $100 land in LaFayette on Lot 73, subdivision 2 beginning at the southwest corner of lands formerly owned by Samuel Emmons (deceased) thence east along the south bounds of said Emmons land to his southeast corner. Thence south to the northeast corner of lands formerly owned by William Ackles. Thence west along the north bounds of said Ackles land to his north west corner, thence north to the place of beginning containing fifty acres of land.

7/1/1851 Joel M Fellows and Maria C his wife of Courtland sold to Charlotte Ackles of LaFayette for $20 land on Lot 73 LaFayette bounded beginning in the center of the highway on the north line of land owned by William Salisbury and running east to land owned by Charlotte thence north to land owned by Charlotte thence west to the center of the highway thence southerly on the center of said highway to the place of beginning containing about one half acre of land.

4/6/1854 Charlotte Ackles, Timothy Ackles, Hannah Ackles, Andrew Newell & Sarah his wife of LaFayette sold to Weley Ryder of LaFayette for $1500 land on Lot 73 bounded on the north by lands of James Emmons and lands of Ira Van Buskirk, on the east by lands of Ira Van Buskirk, on the south by the lands of William Haynes, and on the west by the lands of Jacob Holenback containing forty-five acres of land, being all the premises occupied by Charlotte which belong to her or her and the heirs of Tartulus Ackles deceased on said Lot 73.
