11/12/1817 John Ackles of Tully mortgaged to Braddock Bailey of Tully for $400 all that certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the town of Tully and being part of Lot # 18 in the military tract in the town of Tully and bounded west on the west line of said Lot # 18, north on land of John Ackles, east on the highway and south on land of Frederick Ackles containing twenty-three acres of land. 11/10/1829 John Ackles and Peggy his wife of Tully sold to David Graham of Tully for $85 land in Tully bounded beginning twenty-two chains thirty-six links south of the northwest corner of Lot #18 running south sixteen chains to the land of Benjamin Buckingham, thence east five chains thirty-three links, thence north sixteen chains, thence west five chains thrity-three links to the place of beginning containing eight acres two quarter and five rods of ground. 8/29/1842 John Ackles and Margaret his wife of Tully sold to George W Gowen of Tully for $300 land on Lot #18 in Tully bounded beginning eleven chains eighteen links north of the southeast corner of the lot running west six chains fifty links, thence north twenty-six chains sixty-eight links, thence east six chains fifty links, thence south twenty-six chains sixty-eight links to place of beginning containing seventeen acres sixty-two rods of land.

12/201845 Henry Seely of Onondaga executor of last will of John Ackles deceased and heir to the estate sold to Phebe and Almira Ackles of Tully for $183.71 land on Lot # 18 in Tully beginning thirty-four chains and forty-one links south of the northeast corner of said lot running thence south one chain and twenty-nine links, thence west forty-four chains and twenty-one links to the center of the road, thence north twenty-three degrees east one chain and fifty links thence east forty-three chains and seventy-nine links to the place of beginning containing five and two-thirds acres of land. Also one other piece or parcel of land situated in the town of Tully and on Lot # 18 bounded beginning thirty-five chains and seventy links south of the northeast corner of Lot # 18 running south one chain and twenty-seven links, thence west forty-four chains and seventy-three links to the center of the road, thence north twenty-three degrees east one chain and fifty links thence east forty-four chains and twenty-one links to the place of beginning containing five and two-thirds acres of land.
