George Ackerman was b. 1847, England and m. Anna Roller.; Robert A. Ackerman Jr. was b. 05/09/1857, Somerset, England, m. Martha Lavin Davis, John William Ackerman b. Wales England m. Sarah James.
Two more children have been mentioned, David went to Queensland, Australia, and a dau. went on to South Dakota and m. IW Dickerson.
Have no information of the father and mother of these children....brick wall.
Have MANY Ackerman's in Iowa, Waterloo, Black Hawk County area.
