Ferd Deloss Ackerman, Nebraska, was my grandfather. I have almost no other information about him. I do know that he came from a very large family. I remember one of his sisters, Gertrude Davis who died 25 (+/-) years ago. Can you help me find more information. I'd really appreciate your help. If the family came from Germany, I'd really appreciate knowing as my daughter is stationed at Stuttgart and would like to look up the area where they may have originated from. Thanks so much. Mary :)
