I am preparing a biographical dictionary on Ackermans (any spelling variation) for publication in 2000. This book will be mostly an alphabetical collection of biographical & genealogical data on Ackermans but will also have a section for queries, if there is any interest for it. I welcome any contributions you would like to make to the book. Your contribution doesn't have to be connected to any other one; this is not a family history but a dictionary of people born with the surname Ackerman.
