Took me a while but I found it:

from the Paterson Daily Guardian 17 Jul 1863 and also "Men and Officers
of N.J. in the War of the Rebellion"

Andrew H. Ackerman, Capt Co. C. 11th Reg - Killed in Action at
Gettysburg, Pa, July 3, 1863. Buried 17 Jul 1863 in Ref. Ch. Cem,
Totowa, NJ.

This looks to me to like Andrew Hopper Ackerman (L7.783 b 1835).
