I do not know the ACKER parents but regarding the STOUTs
I believe that David STOUT b=1719 was married 3 times.

m1=(Miss) Mary STOUT (d/o Joseph4 STOUT & Mary HIXON)
m2=Sarah HIGGINS (d/o Joseph HIGGINS)
m3=06 May 1768 Mercy MOUNT-VAUGHN

And Sarah HIGGINS is the mother of
David STOUT who married Sarah ACKER.
