I would be interested in finding out if the Albert A. Acker mentioned in this obit is in some way related to the Ackers of Groveland, Livingston county, NY. My g-g-g-g-grandfather was called Albert Acker. He was born somewhere in England but came to the colonies as a young boy. He fought in the revolutionary war, and after the war married Sarah Hart in NJ. They settled in Livingston county around 1804, and Albert and Sarah are buried in Lakeview cemetery in Livingston county. If you know of a link between the Albert Acker, I would appreciate it if you could let me know. Regards, Geof Acker
