Mark--I am looking for information about the parents of Jacob Acker and of Lucy Wright. These two, J and L, married in 1833 in NY and came to Livingston Co.,MI,in 1838. Lucy's parents were Thomas and Sarah of New York. She was related to Sarah Wright, Ricard Acker's wife, but apparently they weren't sisters as you say Sarah's father was James Wright. Do you know the relationship between this Sarah and Lucy? Do you know the relationship between Jacob Acker and Richard Acker? They lived in the same township of Livingston County in 1840, and in 1850 they were still neighbors. Finally, if you know who Jacob's brothers were, I would love to hear about that. One, Joseph Acker, is my gg grandfather. Thanks! Carol Sanford
