I believe this Henry Achey was my ancestor - the date of death and residency are the same. I am a descendant of his son Thomas by his second wife. My information is that he was born Hermanus Ache (changed to Henry after he came to America). He emigrated on September 22, 1752 with his two brothers, Johan Ludwig Ache (AKA John Lewis Achey) and Johannes Ache on the ship Halifax, Captain Thomas Coatam, from Rotterdam, last from Cowes, England. The family was French Huguenot from Normandy and fled to Switzerland before emigrating to America. Henry Achey lived in Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, which at that time was part of Lancaster County, PA. He was a landowner there. This information comes from a book my great-grandfather, Frederick A. Achey, M.D. wrote about the family in 1917.
