Pat, I too am looking for any info. on my family tree. I went to Genforum site and saw your post. I am the Great-Great Grand-daughter of Phillip Walter Achey. According to my records, Phillip was born 9/7/1830 in Germantown, Montgomery County, Ohio. His Parents were Samuel Achey and Mary Weinland. I'm not sure when Phillip married Mary Elizabeth Michaels, but they were separated in 1867. Mary later married E.A. Woodruff in Astoria, Oregon in 1885. Phillip and Mary had three children. Ida (nicknamed Daughty) in 1854. She died in the Colo. Territory in 1867. Walter Phillip b. 1/31/1857 in Missouri. He died 2/27/1920. Clarence Michael b. 2/19/1864 in Kansas City. He disappered around 1896-1900. Walter Phillip Achey married Marie Hortonse Tuallion (b.12/1/1857 d.1933) on 11/18/1880 in San Francisco, CA. They had 8 children, Walter b.8/20/1881 in San Francisco. Died 3/3/1950. Rubie b. 2/6/1884 in San Francisco. Died 6/16/1957. Pearl Leona b. 3/10/1888 at home on the Wishkah River homestead. Died 3/3/1958. Cleo Patra (Patrice) b.3/30/1890 also at the homestead. Died 8/13/1968. Clarence b. 9/17/1892 at the homestead. Died 1/27/1935. Mortimer b. 2/15/1894 at the homestead. Died in the mid 1960's. Hortonse Marie ( my Grandmother) B.3/26/1897 at the homestead. Died 9/18/1983 in Sacramento, CA. And Bertrand b.1/1/1901 at the homestead Died 9/1981. I hope this helps you.
