Hi Calvin,
Thanks for responding. Maybe after the holiday season is over we could discuss some stuff more indepth--if time allows. To give you a briefing on my back ground, I am one of four children from Guy and Beth Achey. My father Guy, is one of two children from Herbert James Achey Jr and Clarissa. Herbert Jr is one of four children from Herbert Sr(your Grandfathers brother). And they are both from the line of Edwin Achey--this is where my history of the Achey line ends. I know of a few branches off from the Achey name through marriages, but the Achey name specifically is when my interest lies at this time.
Herbert James Jr. was the first Achey of my line to move from the Bethlehem PA area. He settled in the South side of Chicago back in the 40's, from where he, along with his wife Clarissa, moved out to the suburb of Streamwood to raise a family.
My father Guy moved to another Chicago suburb called Fox River Grove, along with my family.
After college I stayed down in Normal IL, (Illinois State University), and that is where I reside now.
Well that was a little more than brief, but so be it.
