Hello, my name is Deborah Achey. For some reason they at some point took out the U in Auchey and made it just Achey. I don't understand that because I hated the name Achey. People tend to mess it up and say Aye key. Anyway, I will help you out as best I can. I have that same book that you mentioned. Pretty interesting isn't it? My side of the family live in Schuylkill County, PA. I believe the Achey boys were raised in the Bohrman's Mill Area, just outside of Orwigsburg. If I can help you with anything just let me know.
