Hi Donna.Thank you for getting back to me with that good information. This is what I'm thinking...
Family "history" has it that my Aunt Beulah Ward was married to Ed Acheson Jr.Aunt Beulah graduated from a Catholic girls boarding school in Lewiston, NY about 1926.
The Edward Goodrich Acheson Family lived in Lewiston at that time.(The Achesons lived in the big house on Center St. next to the church. Now it's the rectory. But I digress.)From what I gather, the FAMILY lived in Lewiston, but I think Ed Jr. MAY have been working for his Dad in New York City. None of us can find a shred of evidence that supports a marriage between Beulah Ward and Ed Acheson JR.But now that you gave me some information about the family, what about Ed Acheson III?THAT would make a LOT of sense, the ages would be about right and the "Lewiston Connection" would work.SO I now wonder... to whom was Edward Goodrich Acheson III married. And when.
Again thanks a million for your help. This is getting fun again.
Best Regards,
Tim Moran
