My Grandfather, Alexander Acheson was born about 1865 and my grandmother Elizabeth was born about 1879. My Aunt Albeth Acheson Scott tells me that Alexander was born in Ireland or Scotland and later came to Canada.
My grandmother was born in Sacramento, California and that is where they settled. Alexender was in his late forties when he married my grandmother.
