There is a William M. Acheson listed in the Robert Acheson household in the 1850 Ohio Census for Muskingum County. He is 17 years old and a farmer. The Robert Acheson family moved to Corydon, Iowa sometime in the mid 1850s. They also ended up in Winterset, Iowa.
