Gosford or Loughgilly

Interesting scroling through, read your interactions.
Our family can be traced back to the brother of the Earl of Gosford who he came over with, and settled in the townland of Killycarron, now Killycarn, where we still live - not the most adventureous types.

We still have certain artifacts relating back -
Family tree complied in the 19th. Century - which may be of use to some of you.
A bible dated back to the 17th. century
A bible commentary dating back to a simliar time.

I know lots of my grandfathers family moved to Australia etc. - John Acheson born around 1873 or so.
