What's the origin of the information about these brothers Anthony and John? What part of PA are we talking about?

The only Anthony's that I have come across are the Anthony mentioned in some of the other posts (born 1749 in Germany) and his son (born 1790 in Berks Co. and baptised at St. Daniel's).
