Looking for my father's side of the family.

My fathers name was Edwin Acevedo. He died June 28, 1995(on my 9th birthday) his birthday was October 3, 1959. I was told I have 2 half brothers. My grandmother(my fathers mother) never claimed me as her child. My father got locked up 1month before I was born and was in jail for about 3years. I was also told I have family in far rockaway queens. I just want to know the other half of my family. If anyone has information on him or any family members please contact me. Thanks
