Hi, my father's side of the family is Acevedo and is also from Aguadilla (Caimital Bajo). My father was born in 1943 in Aguadilla. My grandfather was Enrique Acevedo Igartua (born 1922, died 1986) and his father was Alfonso Acevedo Feliciano (born abt. 1895, died abt. 1958). My grandfather was born in Aguadilla, but died in NYC; he had many half brothers/sisters (same father, different mother) and most if not all live/lived in NYC. I can get you some names if you think any of this already sounds familiar. Alfonso's first wife was Consuelo Cubero Arce and my grandfather's mother was Maria Igartua Colon. We also live in Florida.
