Hi Harold, My name is Ginnie Singleton and I am working on my son-in-laws Absher/Abshire line from Wilkes Co., NC. I would like to know when you have another reunion in the future. Also I am hoping you can help me with a brick wall of a g g grandmother. My son-in-law is John Alan Abshire. His parents were Harold Ray Abshire and Rhoda Elizabeth Archer. Harold's parents were Charles Emory Abshire and Bessie Adeline Wishon. Now the next generation is where I am stuck. Charles's parents were Allen H. Absher and Sallie ? The wife of Allen H Absher is who I am looking for. Can you help me any? Allen H. was b. abt. 1858 in Traphill, Wilkes Co. and Sallie ? b. abt. 1868 in Wilkes Co., NC. I really enjoy genealogy and I do hope you can help me get a little higher up on the family tree.
