I am looking for genealogy on Abshire's from Lincoln County, WV.
Specifically from Midkiff, Lincoln County, WV - or Furnetts Creek,
Lincoln County, WV. My great grandfather was William Joshua
Abshire and he was married to Viola Adkins (daughter of Tillman
Adkins and Causby Plumley). One of their 11 children was my
grandmother, Elizabeth Jane Abshire, born in Furnetts Creek,
Lincoln County, WV in 1903.
