My Abshires - Peter (1840-1894) and Sarah Kessler Abshire (1840-1909) - lived in Berkeley County, WV. Their children were Robert, Katie, Bettie, Susie (nicknames?), Sherley (male) and Margaret Silver (my paternal grandmother). Any names familiar to you?
