Hi,
I have a Temperance Abshier in my line, born in Spencer Co., IN, in 1839. Note the difference in spelling of Abshier. Maybe we have no connection, but then again, perhaps we do. My Temperance could be a niece of your Temperance. Do you have any info on the parents of William and Temperance Abshire?

The names I have are Nancy, James, Lucy, Tilford, Jackson, Elizabeth, Silas and Alcy. Any of these in your line?
