2)William H. "Willie" Absher, 16, is in the household of John and Mollie Weeks as a nephew.
3)Lucinda Deliah Absher, 14, is in the household of John & Mollie Weeks as a niece.Lucinda later married John Isaac Sherrod.
4) Sarah Callie Absher, 9, is in the household of Moses and Ella French as a boarder."Aunt Callie" as all my family called her, married T. J. Jones.
5) Retta Absher, 6, is in the household of Amos Melton as a boarder.
6) Minnie Absher, 6, is in the household of H. Buckingham as adopted. She later J. D. Robinson as Minnie Absher, so she was not formally adopted.
Elizabeth "Betty" (Absher) Scates was married to Burrell Scates. She was in the 1880 Navarro County Mortality Schedule as dieing of chirdbirth in May 1880.I am not sure if she was a cousin or a half sister to the 6 children above.
