There are several of us at this road block trying to find Austin's parents. I have run
across several Abshers during this period. Did any have a brother Austin.Land survey shows Austin owned 9 acres on the Watercourse: Roaring Lily Cr in Russell Cty 1851)
John Absher/Allen Cty (land survey 1855)
Wm Absher/Adair Cty (his name shows up a lot on paper work pertaining to Austin) Any one know connection
Peter Abshier/Pike Cty
Any suggestions of what steps to take when you do run into such a road block.
