I do not know if this is the person for whom you are looking, but the 1900 US Federal census shows of 1910a Cora M Absher born about 1900 in Illinois, She was the daughter of G W Absher, born about 1864 in Kentucky and Emma E Absher, born about 1867 in Indiana. Their home in 1910 was Sherman, Clay County, Kansas. Her siblings at the time are shown to be Wilbur A Absher, born about 1891, Mamie E Absher , born about 1892, Nina G absher, born about 1898, Thelma L Absher, born about 1905, and Orin J Absher, born about 1909. I found this when looking for my Aunt Emma born in Kansas (she married a William Absher). I hope this is of some help to you.
