The book is Registo Genealogico De Familias Que Passeram A Madeira by Luiz Peter Clode published in 1950 by Tipografica Comercial in Funchal Madeira. Abreu from France was Goncalo Rodrigues de Abreu/Evreux who was a son of the Count/Duke of Evreux (sorry not Normandy) c. 1090 A.D.
