Hello. I do know that I have a father somewhere in California. His name is Ricahrd Abreu and he is an older gentleman. The last time I spoke to him was on Septmeber 11, 2001. I lived in New York city for 22 years of my life until I moved to Arizona in 2006. I was born in Fairfield California lived in Vacaville. Thank you to anyone that can help me in this matter.
