Took a while, but I finally have an Abreu ancestor of my own!
Goncalo Abreu was married to Maria de Figueiredo. I have their daughter Maria de Figueiredo & Antonio Teixieras wedding record from Porto da Cruz, Madeira in 1670.
Can't find a record of their (Goncalo & Maria's) marriage however (checked the marriage index I have for Porto da Cruz). Wonder where they came from?
