I also am researching my family tree. Basilio was my great great great grandfather. I am a decendent of his daughter, Paula who married nickolas narvaez. I haven't found any information about basilio beyond what you have, however, I believe I have found Rosario's parents and grandparents. Her father was Trinidad Altamira and her mother was Guadalupe Flores. Trinidads parents were Luis Beltran Altamira and Lus Garcia. The names are all I have for these people. There is also an article in El Masterno about Rosario. I don't know if any of this info is useful to you, but perhaps we can stay in touch and share any info we come across.
