In 1798, brothers, Henry, Bazil and Reuben Abrams were living in Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio. Only Bazil left Ohio without a trace.Thomas SR. Thomas Jr. Elias, Gabriel, and Henry have land surveyed in 1802,Madison Co, KY. In 1807 Clay County, KY Tax list show males over 21- Elias, Gabriel, Joseph, Thomas. The next year Henry appears. In 1790, PA there are 17 Abraham heads of households. The oldest we may assume is Berzel Abrames, Bedford Co.swPA, with 3 sons over 16. 5 heads are in Fayette Co. Enoch Abrames and Thomas Abraham both have 7 children. There is also another Enoch. Thomas has one son over 16 and 4 under 16! and 2 daus. Early 1700's, a widow Sarah Abraham and 3 sons James, Isaac and Enoch came to PA. James remained in Montgomery Co., Isaac settled in Lancaster Co., and Enoch moved to sw Pa. Over the Mountains by Evelyn Abraham is short book about Enoch, her ancestor and wife Jean Hamilton,Sons: Isaac, John, James, William, and 6 daughters. It is dedicated to her father James Wm. Abraham. In the past we may have assumed things that have sent us in the wrong direction. I have more.
