In the 1860 Census for Bloomfield WI (Cerfue Post Office), I find Martin Abraham b 1813 listed with wife Louisa b 1811 and their four children: Julia b 1837, Amelia b 1842, Ferdinand b 1845 and William b 1848. Ferdinand is my great-grandfather. I think we are talking about the same family. I am interested in any information you have about where they came from in Prussia, when and how they came to the US, etc.
