thanks for your reply. I also have relations from central NY (intermarried with my McDONALD line) who moved to Wisconsin- Green lake County, Portage Co, and Sheboygan County. That family name is WILTSIE and they married into the GRIFFIN, PETTIS and PREY families which may be NY families or may be WI families. Any of these names ring a bell?

You never did say whether your ABRAHAM family had any connection to my McDONALD / McDANIEL family of Schoharie County, NY. As far as I know at this time, my McDONALDs came from Albany Co, NY but were in Schoharie Co by the early 1800s and had moved to Oswego Co, NY by 1840. is there a connection?
