Looking for info on paternal grandfather, Clarence Lee Abney, born near Greenfield, TN (Weakly Co), circa 1900. Apparently had several siblings, but had a falling out and migrated to Detroit, MI where he had a successful lumber business.

Something which may be helpful -- according to my father, James Lee Abney, the male members of this line all carry the middle name Lee, in commeration of service during the American Revolution with General Lee (Robert E's grandfather? -- great uncle?).

Any other (your name here) Lee Abney's out there?
