The children of Nathaniel and wife Isabella:
Sarah was born March 18, 1759 and married 1. Matthew Mills and 2. Charles Carson.
The Martha (Patsey)Abney was born June 14, 1763 and she married 1. Matthew Wills and 2. Dr. John Bolger. Nathaniel and wife, Isabella were in South Carolina by 1763 so says an approved DAR application. So I assume that if you are talking about another Matthew Wills he must be in Va. and another Matthew Wills from this one.
Nathaniel Abney d. July 17, 1806 in Edgefield Co SC and Isabella died in Edgefield SC also. Will proven Dec 12, 1806 for Nathaniel. Patsy was nickname for Martha and Polly was a nickname for Mary.....
As far as the Dancy...I am not sure about those you have listed...if they were still in Va. then it would not be from this Nathaniel or the other Nathaniel as both were in South Carolina.....
Now there was a son, John, of a Paul Abney m. Eleanor Hamilton who married a Martha Wills...... Paul Abney was born c. 1744...so I would assume that the John Abney would have married a Martha Wills about 1780s.....so I would assume that this is another Martha Wills other than the Martha Abney m. Matthew Wills....and it wouldn't be their daughter because of time table..... will keep looking for you.....Betty Mayer
