Looking for info on John (Johnnie?) Curtis Abner (SSDI #412-82-3026) b. 6/16/1898 in Ky. d. 12/1973 in TN. Family said his father was Samuel but may be wrong may have been a brother. Family also states that John was a Texas Ranger at one time, who knows, but did live in TX for awhile. John m. Mollie Ann Sammons (5/1/1911 - 9/10/1983) SS# 413-58-3411 & had 11 children: Delores, Elenore, Frank, Andy, Omer & Homer (twins), Evelyn, Helen, Tony, Tommy & J.C. (b 8/11/1936). J.C. had 2 children by 2 wives, Brian Curtis & Jeffrey Curtis - my child's father.
