My uncles Carl and Edwin Abner were born in Summerville, Il to a Gus and LuLu Abner. LuLu died in 1915 and both boys and my mom were placed in the Christian Orphans Home in St.Louis, Mo. All three were adopted by different families and my mom never made contact with them again. I assume the boys took their adoptive parents last name. I am looking for descendants of my uncles!
