Joseph S. ABLES was b.ca.1804 TN going by age he states hew was on a petition he signed in 1867 saying he was 63 at that time.
I would like more data, dates, documentation on him and his family as they traveled from MS to TX in early 1836.
I also want more dates and data on his son Isham ABLES b.ca.1836 LA. Isham m. Nancy J.W. COOK and i want more data on her and her parents.
Joseph S. ABLES settled in E. TX, mainly Cherokee Co.
My husbands gg grandfather was Jame C. ABLES, his father being Isham ABLES. James C. ABLES was a grocer m. to Mary Francis (Fannie)TIPPETT and brought his children up in Cumberland, Chickasaw Co., I.T.
