I'm looking for info on Wm. R. Ables. He was b. about 1841-1843 in Texas. He and wife Mary ann were in Hill Cty., Tex. in 1880
census. children were Mary J., James, Idella(?), Amanda Bell, Ida, Ada, and Emmaily. I have picture of Wm. R. Ables. His dtr. Amanda is my husbands, g. grandmother.. she was born Jan. 25 1871 in Erath co., Tx. We have some possibilities. Wm. R.'s father might have been H. Ables, , b. in TN., Mary Ann's maiden name might have Bell. Any info. you might have on this family would be appreciated, or anything to prove or disprove any of the maybe's. Would also like to know when and where he died.
