I find your latest Abercrombie posting somewhat amusing! Get real friend...who is misleading who? Colvill Abercrombie, Sr. did exist! The number of years you claim to have "RESEARCHED" the Abercrombie family, your claimed number of library and/or cemetery trips, your claimed exchanges with others of family lore, your claimed exchanges with others of "Abercrombie History", etc. is of little concern to me. Apparently, your mind is CLOSED on this matter since you have decided to tie a "final" ribbon around your undocumented lines of Abercrombie ancestry. I can only hope your group of Abercrombie researchers are not those who are still of the opinion our Abercrombie family first landed on the SHORES of South Carolina and descend from Sir James Abercromby of Scotland and/or certain royal blood lines! Regardless, we both know a considerable portion of posted internet genealogy is inaccurate and (at times) little more than cursory birth searches. To be continued...
