I am researching anchestors that originally came to Washington/Marion Counties in KY from Maryland that eventually emigrated to Gallatin County, IL. They probably left Ky in late 1870 or early 1880. I am sure that two of those that originally settled in IL from KY are Thomas Richard (or Richard Thomas) and Martin. Please advise on any info that would be helpful to me. Will share anything that I am able to verify.
