The book "The Abell Family in America" is out of print. A few months ago I got a "copy" of the book through a genealogy book shop called The Genealogy Book Shop, 7111 Talbert Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. They order the book to be copied from the out of print book. It takes about 4-6 months to get and costs about $60. The copy is on acid free paper and is hardbound. Phone (714)843-0988. In 1979 I got an original copy from Tuttle Antiquarian Books, Inc., P.O. Box 541, 28 S. Main St., Rutland, VT 05701.
