Glenda, Thanks for answering my e-mail. I am in the process of putting all these notes I have taken into some kind of order, and it is taking a long time. I have some information on Captain Robert/Richard Abell and your message will help me clarify the notes I have taken on Samuel. I have had to rely mainly on the book THE ABELL FAMILY IN AMERICA. I am healthy as a horse but a fall I took in 2004 has caused me to have knee surgery in a month or two. As soon as I can get my wits and my notes in some kind of order, I will send you all the information I have on these Josephs.
Oh, by the way, I live in MS where my family has lived since settling here in 1840.
